Edit – „Nekem minden év a ló éve…”

Mondta nevetve Kappel Edit Marócpusztán, amikor felkerestem őt egy beszélgetés erejéig, az Állami Ménesgazdaság Szilvásvárad marócpusztai telepén, ahol lovasedzőként, lókiképzőként dolgozik.

Mint megtudtam, a telepen kb. 90 gidrán, és úgy 10 lipicai ló került elhelyezésre. A kiscsikók itt születésük után egy ideig az anyjuk mellett védett istállóban kezdik életüket, majd mikor felerősödtek, mehetnek ki a legelőre, de akkor is anyjuk védelmében ismerkednek a külvilággal. Télen-nyáron kint tartózkodnak a lovak, a szélsőséges időjárástól azonban ők is védelmet élveznek, télen védettebb körülmények között óvják őket. Az itt nevelt csikók 3 éves korukra érnek meg arra, hogy okításuk megkezdődjön, és mindegyikőjük egyedileg kerül kiválasztásra, hogy a későbbiekben milyen területen foglalkozzanak velük – van, aki fogathajtáshoz, van, aki díjugratásra termett, mások pedig született iskolalovak. A későbbi „foglalkozásuk” gondos kiválasztás és nevelés eredménye.

Edit is ennek a kiválasztásnak, nevelésnek a részese. De hogyan is kezdődött ez az egész?

Edit: Még hétéves koromban kezdődött, azóta tartó szerelem ez. A munkám, vagy egyéb dolgok miatt voltak megszakítások, azonban mondhatom azt, hogy látástól vakulásig a lovakkal foglalkozom, hosszú évek óta immár. Egész évben a lovak kötnek le. Nem tudom, hogy a „ló évének” van-e hozzá köze, de azt elmondhatom, hogy idén is rengeteg verseny, bemutató lesz, már szinte alig győzzük. A ménesek életében fontosak a versenyek, az azokon való szereplés, a lovak bemutatása.

Elvira: A lovakkal való foglalkozás hogyan nyilvánul meg Nálatok?

Edit: Mi a lovakkal speciális módszerrel bánunk a versenyre történő felkészítés során. Az eredmény fontos, de nem minden áron. A lovak számomra, számunka nem sporteszköznek, hanem társaknak számítanak, akikkel együtt dolgozunk. Mondhatnám azt is, hogy a lovak a partnereink a lovas sportokban.

A lovak erős állatok, 5-600 kg a testsúlyuk. Nagyon fontos, hogy tudjunk velük bánni, mivel – akaratlanul is – kárt tudnak tenni az emberben. Azt is fontos tudni, hogy minden ló egyéniség. Nagyon kíváncsi a természetük, érdeklődőek és szeretik az embereket – amíg az emberek el nem rontják őket. Fontos a ló és az ember kapcsolatában a kontroll – kezelni kell tudni a lovakat. Én azt mondom, hogy nincs rossz ló, csak félresikerült kommunikáció lovas és ló között.

Elvira: Ezek szerint Te ezeket a félresikerült kommunikációkat igazítod ki?

Edit: Igen, többek között ezzel is foglalkozom. Amikor oktatok, a tulajdonosok a saját lovaikat hozzák el. Ha valakinek valamilyen problémája van a lovával, megoldjuk, hiszen mint mondtam, nincs olyan, hogy „kezelhetetlen” ló. Megtaláljuk a lovak és gazdáik között a megfelelő kommunikációt. Fiatalokkal, felnőttekkel foglalkozom az oktatások keretében, a gyermekfoglalkozások megtartását itt nem végezzük. Az a lényeg, hogy az oktatás végére a tulajdonos megtanulja, hogyan kell kezelnie a lovat, azaz a partneri kapcsolatot kialakítania az állattal.

Elvira: Mondhatnám azt is, hogy „suttogsz”? Kicsit misztifikáltam hallom mostanában ezt a kifejezést.

Edit: Én ezt a kifejezést nem is használom, hiszen itt etológia és nem misztikum van. A lovakra figyelni kell, megismerni őket, a jelzéseiket és megtanulni válaszolni is azokra az ő nyelvükön. Nincsen ebben semmi misztikum.

Elvira: Azt azonban láttam, hogy itt a lovak nagyon jó körülmények között kerülnek elhelyezésre, vigyáztok rájuk és ahogy elmondtad, egyéniségük függvényében kerülnek kiképzésre, ahogy szokták mondani, „jó helyük van”. Lehet azt mondani, hogy ez számukra maga a lóparadicsom?

Edit: Ezt nem tudom megmondani, de mi bízunk abban, hogy itt a lovak jól érzik magukat.

Elvira: És ebből a nagy gazdaságból a Te munkád mekkora lóállományra terjed ki?

Edit: A ménesgazdaság felkérésére, 10 lóval foglalkozom. Ezek lehetnek „szép reményű”, ígéretes lovak, akiktől a gazdaság a későbbiekben sokat vár. A módszereimet én választom meg, a gazdaság rám bízza, hogy milyen módszerrel hozom ki a legjobbat ezekből a lovakból. Leggyakrabban törzsmének kerülnek ki közülük.

Elvira: Ahogy így mesélsz a munkádról, úgy látom, gyakorlatilag a lovak a családod?

Edit: Van a lovakon kívüli családom is, férjem és gyermekem, de a ménesben tartott három lovam mellett otthon még két ló és három kutya is a családunkhoz tartozik.

A vidám és mosolygós Edittől ezekkel a gondolatokkal búcsúztam el, hiszen találkozásunk napján is, mint minden egyes hétvégén a lovakkal foglalkozott és gazdáikkal, hogy minél bensőségesebb, partneri kapcsolatot tudjanak kialakítani egymással, a későbbi szép eredmények, vagy akár csak egy szép lovaglás során.

Edit - "I do each year, as the year of the horse ... "

Edit Kappel said it in Marócpuszta, laughing , when I visited her for a conversation in Marócpuszta, the State Stud farm of Economics Szilvásvárad, where she is a horse trainer.

As I learned about the colony. 90 Gidran and 10 Lipizzan horses have been placed here. The little horses start their life after their birth, with their mother barn protected. When intensified , go out to pasture, but they will also learn about the outside world protected their mothers. Summer and winter, horses are staying outside, but at extreme weather, they also are protected, especially in winter protected in sheltered circumstances. The here raised colts at the age of three, are worth to begin their learning. Each of them are individually selected, what to do with them later – for racing, others grown in show-jumping, and others are born school horses. Later, their "occupation" is carefully selected.

Edit you are also the part of this selection and education. But how it all began?

Edit: I started, when I was seven years old, this is a love from there. There were some interruption because of my job, and other things, but I can say, that I deal with horses from dawn to tarnish, for many years. Throughout the year, the horses tie me up.I do not know whether the “the year of the horse” have to do, but it can be said that, this year is full of competitions, we hardly overcome. The races are important in the life of the studs, they can present their horses.

Elvira: How it is manifested all of these?

Edit: We train the horses in a special way during preparation for the competitions. The result is important, but not for any price. Horses are for me, for us not a sport-tool, but staff. I'd say that horses are our partners in equestrian sports.

The horses are strong animals, 5-600 kgbody weight. It is very important to be able to deal with them, because - intentionally or not- they can do harm to humans. It is also important to know, each of them is an individual. Their nature are very curious, they like people - as long as people are not detract them.Control is important between horse and man - must be able to handle the horses. I would say, that there are no bad horses, only failed communication between rider and horse.

Elvira: So you rectify these failed communications?

Edit: Yeah, I deal with it too, among others. When I teach, the owners bring their own horses. If someone have problem with the horse, it was dissolved, because as I said, there is no "unmanageable" horse. We find among the horses and their owners the right communication. I trainee youth, adults, we don’t make any workshops with children. The point is, that the owner learns by the end of education, how to handle a horse, that is, develop a partnership with the animal.

Elvira: I should say that you are a "whisper"? I hear it like a mystery nowadays.

Edit: I do not I use the term, here are ethology and no mystery. The horses have to pay attention, get to know them and learn the answers for their comment for serving those in their language. There's no mystery.

Elvira: I saw, that the horses are in very good conditions and has placed, and watch over them as you told me, depending on their personal are trained, used to say: "a good place". You might say that this is paradise for horses?

Edit: I can not tell, but we trust that the horses are having fun.

Elvira: And in this economy how many horses is your responsibility?

Edit: As requested by the stud farm, I deal 10 horses. They can be "pretty hopeful" promising horses, who have been waiting a lot in the future. I use my method in the trainings, the farm trust in me. Most of them will be horses for breedint.

Elvira: As so tell me about your work, I see virtually the horses are your family?

Edit: I have a family, too, my husband and my children, but I got three horses here and at home two horses and three dogs also belongs to our family.
